I want to sell my house. What is the process?
Selling your house is a big decision to make but I make sure it’s as stress-free and smooth as possible.
I pride myself on working at your pace and making sure you understand every step in the process before we begin. The steps below give some insight into what you can expect when selling your home with me.
Step 1
First you need to contact me to organise a no obligation appraisal. You can do this by filling out a contact form on my website or by calling me on 027 459 3035 and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Step 2
Once we’ve confirmed a time and date, I will visit your property and carry out an appraisal. During the appraisal I will also use my local knowledge to advise you of what your home and your area offers.
Step 3
From there, I will prepare a presentation based on the appraisal. This will explain my assessment of your home as well as the marketing and selling process – all the way from the listing date to the day your home sells. I will present this to you (the owner).
Step 4
If we agree to go forward with the sale then I will continue with the steps we talked about in the presentation, starting with creating a beautiful listing that showcases all that your home has to offer. Throughout the selling process I stay in regular contact with the owner and always make sure to keep them included with updates.
